Services We Offer
FREE Funeral Services For The Local Community
Faizan-e-Islam will provide transportation of the deceased from the local hospital or home in Waltham Forest to the masjid, for ghusl and janazah and transportation to the local cemetery in Waltham Forest at no cost to the family of the deceased.
Other funeral services are available including storage of the deceased at the masjid, transportation to the airport for burial overseas, providing a coffin box for burial, burial of deceased from outside of Waltham Forest but these services will incur charges.
Faizan-e-Islam Funeral Services
1. What funeral services do you provide?
We provide transportation of the deceased from the hospital/home to the masjid (Faizan-e-Islam Lea Bridge Road centre).
The ghusl (ritual washing of the deceased) is performed at the masjid.
The janazah (funeral prayer) can be performed at the masjid or at the cemetery.
We will transport the deceased from the masjid to the cemetery.
2. How much does it cost?
If the deceased is a local resident of Waltham Forest and is to be brought from Whipps Cross hospital/ Waltham Forest home to Faizan-e-Islam (Lea Bridge Centre) and is to be buried in a local cemetery, there is no cost for providing these services, including the ghusl and janazah.
Any other requirements will be charged
